Set Up a Custom Domain

Use your own domain for your booking page — like booking.yourbusiness.com. Customers see your brand, not ours.

How it works

Instead of: addagio.io/book/your-business

Your customers see: booking.yourbusiness.com

Same booking page, same features, your domain.

Setup

Step 1: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Domain

Enter your desired custom domain, e.g., booking.yourbusiness.com or book.yourbusiness.com.

Step 2: Add CNAME record

In your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.), add a CNAME record:

| Type | Name | Value |

|------|------|-------|

| CNAME | booking | cname.addagio.io |

If using the root domain (not recommended), use an ALIAS record instead.

Step 3: Wait for DNS propagation

DNS changes typically take 5-60 minutes. In some cases up to 24 hours.

Step 4: Verify

Back in Dashboard → Settings → Domain, click "Verify Domain". Once verified, your custom domain is live.

SSL/HTTPS

SSL certificate is automatically provisioned via Let's Encrypt once DNS is verified. Your domain will serve over HTTPS with no extra configuration.

FAQ

Can I use my main domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com)?

We recommend a subdomain (booking.yourbusiness.com) rather than your main domain. Your main domain should point to your website.

What if I already have a website?

Your website stays at yourbusiness.com. The booking page lives at booking.yourbusiness.com (or book.yourbusiness.com). They don't conflict.

Can I change the domain later?

Yes. Go back to Settings → Domain and update it anytime. The old domain will stop working once you change it.

Does it affect SEO?

Your custom domain gets its own SEO. If you've been sharing your addagio.io/book/... link, consider setting up a 301 redirect from the old URL (we handle this automatically).

Availability

Custom domain is available on the Pro plan ($29/month). Starter plan uses the default addagio.io/book/... URL.
