Account Settings


Manage your personal account and business settings from the dashboard. Here's a guide to everything you can configure.


Personal profile


Access from Dashboard → Settings → Account:


Name — Your display name shown in communications and admin areas.


Email — Your login email. Changing this requires verification of the new address.


Password — Update your password. Must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers.


Profile photo — Shown in the header when logged in and in team member listings.


Time zone — Critical for accurate availability. Set this to your local time zone.


Language — Interface language for your dashboard (doesn't affect your public booking page).


Business settings


Access from Dashboard → Settings → Business:


Business name — Displayed on your booking page and in all client communications.


Business type — Your industry category. Affects template recommendations and suggested features.


Description — A brief overview of your business (shown on your booking page).


Contact info — Public phone number, email, and address.


Logo — Your business logo, used in emails and on your page header.


Page URL — Your unique slug (e.g., addagio.io/your-business). Can be changed once per month.


Notification preferences


Control which notifications you receive and how:

  • Email notifications (booking confirmations, cancellations, payments)
  • Browser push notifications
  • Daily summary digest
  • Weekly analytics report

  • Connected accounts


    View and manage your integrations:

  • Google Calendar
  • Stripe
  • Google Business Profile
  • Social media connections

  • Security


  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security
  • View active sessions and sign out of other devices
  • Download your data (GDPR compliance)
  • API keys (Business plan only)

  • Danger zone


    At the bottom of settings, find options to:

  • Disable your booking page (temporary)
  • Transfer ownership (Business plan)
  • Delete your account (permanent, see "Delete Account" article)
