If your business has multiple team members who take bookings, add them so customers can choose who they want to see. Staff selection is optional during booking — customers can also book without choosing a specific person.

During the setup wizard, you are prompted to add your first team member:
Default working hours are set automatically when you add a staff member.

How staff appears on the booking page
On your booking page, customers see a staff selection step. Each template uses its own label — "Barber," "Therapist," "Nail Artist," "Dentist," etc. — based on your template type. Customers can pick a specific person or skip to book with any available staff member.
Individual schedules
Each staff member has their own working hours. When a customer selects a specific staff member, only that person's available time slots are shown.
Staff and services
You can assign specific services to specific staff members. If a barber only does cuts but not coloring, they will only appear as available when a customer selects a cut service.
Time off
Staff members can have time off blocked. When a customer tries to book during a staff member's time off, the system returns "This staff member is unavailable on this date."
Deactivating staff
When a team member leaves, deactivate their account rather than deleting it. This preserves their booking history. Deactivated members no longer appear on your booking page or in the staff selection step.
Tip
You can skip adding staff entirely. If you are a solo practitioner, bookings will work without staff — the system auto-assigns when no staff member is selected.
