Inviting staff
Staff roles
Admin — Full access to everything: settings, bookings, payments, and team management.
Staff — Can view and manage their own bookings, update their availability, and see their schedule. Cannot access business settings or other staff members' bookings.
Receptionist — Can view and manage all bookings across all staff but cannot change business settings or financial information.
Staff profiles
Each team member gets their own mini-profile on your booking page showing:
Encourage staff to upload a professional photo and write a short bio — it helps clients feel more comfortable booking.
Individual availability
Each staff member sets their own working hours independently. Go to Team → [Member Name] → Availability to set:
Service assignments
Not every staff member performs every service. Assign services to specific team members so clients only see relevant options when selecting a provider.
Removing staff
When a team member leaves, you can deactivate their account rather than deleting it. This preserves their booking history and any reviews they received. Deactivated members won't appear on your booking page.
