Add and Manage Services


Services are the core of your booking page. Each service defines what clients can book, how long it takes, and what it costs.


Adding a new service


  • Go to Dashboard → Services
  • Click "Add Service"
  • Fill in the details:
  • - Name — Keep it clear and concise (e.g., "60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage")

    - Description — Brief explanation of what's included (shown on your booking page)

    - Duration — How long the appointment lasts

    - Price — The cost to the client (or mark as "Free" or "Starting from")

    - Buffer time — Optional gap after each appointment for cleanup or transition

    - Category — Group related services together


    Service options


    Deposit required — Require a partial payment upfront to reduce no-shows. You can set a fixed amount or percentage.


    Group booking — Allow multiple people to book the same time slot (great for classes or workshops). Set the maximum capacity.


    Staff assignment — If you have multiple team members, assign which staff can perform this service.


    Organizing services


    Drag and drop services to reorder them on your booking page. The order you set in the dashboard is exactly how clients will see them.


    You can also create service categories to group related offerings. For example, a hair salon might have categories like "Cuts", "Color", "Treatments", and "Styling".


    Hiding vs. deleting


    If you temporarily don't offer a service, toggle it to hidden rather than deleting it. This preserves any existing bookings and reviews associated with that service. You can un-hide it at any time.


    Pricing tips


  • Include all fees in the displayed price (no surprise charges)
  • If pricing varies, use "Starting from $X" format
  • Consider offering package deals for recurring clients
