Setting up your Addagio booking page takes about 5 minutes. Here is the exact step-by-step process.
Step 1: Go to addagio.io/register
Visit addagio.io/register. You will see a sign-up form on the left and a template preview on the right (desktop only).
Step 2: Create your account
You have three ways to sign up:
Magic link (recommended) — Enter your email and click "Send link." You will receive an email with a secure sign-in link. No password needed.
WhatsApp / SMS — Enter your phone number and verify with a one-time code.
Email and password — Expand "Sign up with password," enter your full name, email, password (minimum 6 characters), and optionally select your industry from the dropdown.
If you select an industry during registration (e.g., Barber Shop, Yoga Studio, Photography), you will see a live preview of that template on the right side.
Step 3: Set up your business (onboarding)
After signing in, you land on the onboarding page where you fill in:
Business Name — This appears as the heading on your booking page and in emails to customers.
Booking URL — Your page slug. It auto-generates from your business name. Your page will be at addagio.io/book/your-slug. Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Business Type — Choose one:
- Services — Appointments and bookings (salons, trainers, consultants)
- Rentals — Properties and spaces (villas, apartments, vacation homes)
- Portfolio — Photography, models, creative work (uses booking request flow)
- Both — Services and rentals combined
Description (optional) — A short summary of your business.
Timezone — Select your local timezone (Eastern, Central, Pacific, London, Paris, Kyiv, Tokyo).
Currency — Choose your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, UAH, COP).
Click "Launch My Booking Page" to continue.
Step 4: Import your services (AI-powered)
After the business form, you see the AI import screen. You can add services three ways:
Photo / Image — Take a photo of your menu or price list. AI extracts service names, prices, and durations automatically.
Website URL — Paste your existing website URL and AI scrapes your services from it.
Paste Text — Type or paste your services in any format (e.g., "Haircut - $25 - 30 min").
After AI processes your input, you see a list of found services. Check or uncheck each one, then click "Add Services." You can also click "Skip" to add services manually later from the dashboard.
Step 5: Setup wizard (location, staff, first service)
After import, you are redirected to the setup wizard at /dashboard/setup. For service businesses, the steps are:
Add location — Enter your location name, street address, city, and state. Default business hours (Mon-Sat 9am-6pm) are set automatically.
Add first staff member — Enter the team member's name, role (e.g., "Senior Stylist"), and optionally their email. Default working hours are set automatically.
Add first service — If you skipped AI import, add one service manually: name, description, duration (15-120 min), and price.
Done — You see a success screen with your live booking URL and a link to your dashboard.
For rental businesses, the wizard shows: Add property (name, city, price per night, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, max guests) then Done.
You can skip any step and complete it later from the dashboard.
What happens behind the scenes
A user account is created with the VENDOR role
A vendor record is created with your business info
A trial subscription is started (PAY_PER_BOOKING plan, 30-day trial)
A vendor theme record is created (portfolio type gets a portfolio preset)
You receive a welcome email with your booking page URL and dashboard link
An admin notification is sent to the Addagio team

Upload a logo and cover photo from Dashboard > Settings
Add more services with descriptions and accurate pricing
Set your actual working hours (the defaults are Mon-Sat 9am-6pm)
