Here is exactly how fees work on Addagio, based on the actual pricing model.
Customer-facing booking fee
Every service booking includes a booking fee charged to the customer on top of the service price. This fee goes to Addagio as revenue.
The booking fee is calculated as:
Examples:
Vendor commission (Starter plan)
On the Starter (pay-per-booking) plan, Addagio charges a 5% commission on each booking. This is deducted from the vendor's payout as an application fee on the Stripe PaymentIntent. It is separate from the customer-facing booking fee.
On the Pro ($29/month) plan, there is 0% commission. You keep 100% of the service price (minus Stripe's processing fee).
Stripe processing fees
Stripe charges their standard processing fees on every transaction:
These fees are charged by Stripe directly and are not controlled by Addagio.
