Selling Products


If you sell physical or digital products alongside your services, Addagio's Products section lets you showcase and sell them directly from your booking page.


Enabling products


  • Go to Dashboard → Products
  • Click "Enable Product Sales"
  • The Products section will appear on your booking page

  • Note: You need Stripe connected to sell products since all payments go through Stripe.


    Adding products


    Click "Add Product" and fill in:

  • Name — Product title as it appears to customers
  • Description — Brief description with key details
  • Price — Selling price (including tax if applicable)
  • Images — Up to 4 product images
  • Category — Group similar products together
  • Inventory — Track stock levels (optional)
  • Digital — Mark if it's a digital download

  • Product display


    Products appear in a grid on your booking page. Clients can:

  • Browse products alongside your services
  • Add items to cart
  • Purchase standalone or combine with a service booking
  • Receive order confirmation emails

  • Inventory management


    If you enable inventory tracking:

  • Stock levels update automatically when orders are placed
  • Products show "Out of Stock" when inventory reaches zero
  • You receive notifications when stock is low
  • Set restock reminders

  • Order fulfillment


    When a product is purchased:

  • You receive an order notification
  • The order appears in Dashboard → Orders
  • Mark as "Shipped" when you send it (triggers email to customer)
  • Mark as "Delivered" when confirmed

  • For digital products, customers receive an automatic download link after purchase.
