Your availability determines when clients can book appointments. Setting accurate working hours prevents double-bookings and ensures clients only see times you're actually available.
Setting up your schedule
Break times
Add breaks to block off time during the day:
Breaks appear as unavailable slots on your booking page. Clients cannot book during these times.
Time zones
Your availability is always displayed in your local time zone (set in Account Settings). When clients visit your page from a different time zone, we automatically convert and display times in their local time.
Advanced scheduling
Different hours per day — Set unique hours for each day. For example, work 9-5 on weekdays but 10-2 on Saturdays.
Seasonal hours — Create schedule overrides for specific date ranges (e.g., extended summer hours or reduced holiday hours).
Multiple shifts — If you work split shifts (e.g., morning and evening), add multiple time ranges per day.
Time off and holidays
Block specific dates when you're unavailable:
Existing bookings on those dates won't be automatically cancelled — you'll need to reschedule them manually or let clients know.
Buffer between appointments
Set a global buffer time (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) between all appointments. This gives you breathing room between clients. You can also set per-service buffers that override the global setting.
