Working hours determine when customers can book. The system only shows available time slots within your working hours and checks for conflicts with existing bookings.
Default hours
When you add your first location during setup, default hours are created: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday is off by default. You should update these to match your actual schedule.
Setting your hours
Per-location hours
If you have multiple locations, each location has its own schedule. Set hours for each location separately from the location settings.
Per-staff hours
Each staff member can have their own working hours. When a customer selects a specific staff member during booking, only that person's available slots are shown.
Timezone
Your timezone is set during onboarding (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, London, Paris, Kyiv, Tokyo). All availability is displayed in your timezone. Customers booking from different timezones see times converted to their local time.
Time off
Block specific dates when you are unavailable:
The booking system automatically checks time-off records. If a customer tries to book during a staff member's time off, the system returns an error: "This staff member is unavailable on this date."
How it works with bookings
When a customer picks a date and time on your booking page:
This prevents double-bookings automatically. If a time slot is taken, it does not appear on the calendar.
Tip
Set your hours accurately. If you work 10am-7pm, do not leave the default 9am-6pm. Incorrect hours mean customers see slots when you are not actually available.
