Addagio uses Stripe to process all payments securely. Connecting your Stripe account lets you accept credit cards, deposits, and full prepayments from clients when they book.

Connecting your account
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Payments
Click "Connect Stripe"
You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding flow
Either sign in to an existing Stripe account or create a new one
Complete the verification steps (business info, bank account, identity)
You'll be redirected back to Addagio with your account connected
The entire process takes about 5-10 minutes.
What you need for Stripe verification
Business name and type
Business address
Tax identification number (EIN, SSN, or equivalent)
Bank account for payouts
Government-issued ID (for identity verification)
After connecting
Once connected, you can:
Set per-service payment requirements (deposit, full, or none)
Choose your payout schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly)
View payment history and earnings in both your Addagio dashboard and Stripe dashboard
Testing
In development mode, you can use Stripe's test cards to simulate payments without real money changing hands. Switch to live mode when you're ready to accept real payments.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect Stripe at any time from Settings. This won't affect any pending payouts — they'll still be sent to your bank account. However, new bookings won't be able to collect payments until you reconnect.
