How payments work

Customer books and pays on your Addagio booking page

Payment is processed securely via Stripe

Platform fee is deducted automatically (5% or 0% depending on your plan)

Remaining amount is transferred to your bank account

You receive funds within 2 business days

Setup

Step 1: Go to Dashboard → Billing

Click "Connect Stripe Account".

Step 2: Complete Stripe onboarding

Stripe will ask for:

Business information (name, type, address)

Bank account details for payouts

ID verification (required by financial regulations)

This takes about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Start accepting payments

Once connected, all bookings on your page can collect payment at the time of booking.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Local payment methods (varies by country)

Payment options you can offer

Full payment at booking — reduces no-shows, guarantees revenue

Deposit only — e.g., 30% upfront, rest at the venue

Pay at venue — no online payment, just booking confirmation (no-show risk higher)

Stripe's processing fee is separate from Addagio's platform fee and is charged by Stripe directly.

View all payouts in Dashboard → Billing → Payouts

Refunds

If you need to refund a booking, go to Dashboard → Bookings → [booking] → Refund. The amount is returned to the customer's original payment method within 5-10 business days.
