Portfolio & Gallery

The portfolio section lets creative businesses showcase their work. It is available on templates that use the booking_request flow: Photography, Model Portfolio, Makeup Artist, Videographer, DJ & Music, and the Photography Portfolio template. It also appears on the Florist template and on wedding/portfolio business types.

Adding portfolio items

  • Go to Dashboard → Portfolio
  • Click "Add Item"
  • Upload an image from your device
  • Add a title and optional description
  • Items appear in a grid on your public booking page

  • Portfolio items are stored as individual records tied to your vendor profile, each with its own image, title, and metadata.

Which templates show the portfolio section

The following templates have the portfolio section enabled by default:

  • Photographer — portfolio: on, gallery: on
  • Photography Portfolio — portfolio: on, gallery: on
  • Model Portfolio — portfolio: on, gallery: on
  • Makeup Artist — portfolio: on, gallery: on
  • Florist — portfolio: on, gallery: on

  • Templates like Barber, Spa, Dental, and all Rental templates do not include a portfolio section. If you need a portfolio, choose a booking_request flow template or the portfolio business type.

    Gallery section vs. portfolio section

    Some templates have both:

  • Portfolio displays your portfolio items (managed from Dashboard → Portfolio)
  • Gallery shows additional images of your space, team, or work environment

  • Many templates enable the gallery section even without a portfolio. For example, Restaurant, Bar, Event Venue, and all Shop templates show a gallery but not a portfolio.
