Delete Your Account


Here is what happens when you delete your Addagio account and how to do it.


Before you delete


Consider these alternatives first:


  • Deactivate your page — Set isActive to false from Dashboard → Settings. Your page goes offline but all data is preserved. You can reactivate anytime.
  • Downgrade to Starter — The Starter plan has no monthly fee. You keep your page and only pay 5% per booking.

  • What gets deleted


    Deleting your account permanently removes:


  • Your vendor profile and all settings
  • All booking history and customer records
  • Services, service categories, and pricing
  • Staff members and their schedules
  • Locations and working hours
  • Theme customizations and custom CSS
  • Portfolio items and product listings
  • QR codes and scan history
  • Reviews received
  • Team invites and team member connections
  • Support tickets

  • What is NOT deleted


  • Your Stripe account and payment history (managed separately by Stripe)
  • Emails and WhatsApp messages already sent to customers
  • Google Calendar events that were already synced
  • Your Google or social login account

  • How to delete


  • Go to Dashboard → Settings
  • Scroll to the bottom (Danger Zone)
  • Click "Delete Account"
  • Confirm by entering your password

  • Your page goes offline immediately. Data is permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period. During the grace period, contact hello@addagio.io to restore your account.


    Active subscriptions


    If you have a paid plan:

  • The subscription is cancelled immediately
  • You will not be charged again
  • No prorated refund for the current billing period
  • Pending Stripe payouts will still be sent to your bank

  • Pending bookings


    Upcoming confirmed bookings are automatically cancelled. Customers receive cancellation emails. Payments are automatically refunded.
