We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about deleting your Addagio account.
Before you delete
Please consider these alternatives:
Pause your page — Hide your booking page temporarily without losing any data. Go to Settings → Page Status → Pause.
Downgrade to free — Keep your page and bookings with no monthly cost.
Export your data — Download all your booking history, client data, and content before deleting.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
Your booking page(s)
All booking history
Client information
Service configurations
Template customizations
Portfolio images
Reviews and testimonials
Team member connections
Support ticket history
What's NOT deleted
Stripe account and payment history (managed by Stripe separately)
Emails already sent to clients
Client calendar events that were already synced
Your Google account connection
How to delete
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Danger Zone
Click "Delete Account"
Enter your password to confirm
Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
Click "Permanently Delete My Account"
Timing
Your account is deactivated immediately (page goes offline)
Data is permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period
During the grace period, you can contact support to restore your account
After 14 days, deletion is irreversible
Active subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription:
It will be cancelled immediately
You won't be charged again
No prorated refund is issued for the current billing period
Any pending payouts from Stripe will still be sent to your bank
Pending bookings
If you have upcoming bookings:
All confirmed bookings are automatically cancelled
Clients receive cancellation emails
Payments are automatically refunded
Please give clients reasonable notice before deleting
