If you received an email saying Addagio built a booking page for your business, here is how to claim it and take full control.
How you got here
Addagio pre-builds booking pages for businesses using publicly available data (your website, Google Business Profile, social media). We may have imported your services, photos, description, and contact info. You received an email or WhatsApp message with a link to claim your page.
Step 1: Click the claim link
The link in your email looks like:
addagio.io/register?claim=your-business-id
This takes you to the registration page with the claim parameter pre-filled.
Step 2: Create your account
Sign up using one of these methods:
If you already have an Addagio account, click "Sign in" instead. The claim will be processed after you log in.
Step 3: Your page is linked to your account

If you already have an Addagio account and the email you registered with matches, log in at the claim link. The existing unclaimed vendor page will be linked to your account automatically. You will not lose any data from your current account.
If the claim link does not work
If the page was already claimed by someone else, the claim will not go through. You will still be redirected to your dashboard. Contact hello@addagio.io if you believe the page belongs to you.
Pricing after claiming
Claimed pages start on the Starter plan (5% per booking, no monthly fee). You can upgrade to Pro ($29/month, 0% commission) from Dashboard > Billing at any time.
